Crackerboy Outboard Marine Services is Pete's shop on North Hale Avenue in Tampa. It's a repair operation built on knowing outboard engines — doing the work correctly the first time and explaining what was wrong so the customer understands it.
The shop handles everything from routine 100-hour services to full lower unit rebuilds, electrical rewiring, hydraulic steering, and tilt/trim repairs. Yamaha is the platform Pete and the team know particularly well — customers who run Yamaha engines have been coming back for years and sending their friends.
Repeat business is how Crackerboy stays busy. Customers bring their second and third boats here because the service was honest and the price was fair the first time.
